These days, my speaking schedule takes me all over the world. This year alone I’ll be making more than 40 appearances. When people ask me, “How in the world do you do it?” All I can do is smile and say, BrainTap. My regular routine is a Wake-Up session before I get out of bed, an afternoon reboot, and a Go-to-Sleep session at bedtime, which keeps me operating at peak performance. Whenever I travel through time zones, I do a session on the plane and then again after I check in at the hotel. This prevents jet lag and keeps me out in the world doing what I love most.
Julia Loggins was born in Hollywood, CA in March of 1955, and began the study of holistic medicine by saving her own life, after a childhood of life-threatening illness and disease.
Having been told by doctors that she would never have children, and after having four miscarriages, Ms. Loggins studied with Niravi Payne, a pioneer in the field of the mind/body connection to fertility. Following her study, she gave birth to two healthy children, now 17 and (Luke) 21, and became certified in Ms. Payne’s method.

I have a confession. I’m completely OBSESSED with healing…yours, mine, the world’s. And my motives are selfish; I want to see less suffering (and more peaceful people) in the world. I’ve been this way since high school, when I began searching for a natural way to heal allergies and severe anxiety.
Healed doesn’t always mean symptom-free. It’s a much bigger thing than that; it’s a MINDSET, a way of being that’s unshakable even in the face of adversity. It’s the knowing that all is ok and that you are never alone. It’s faith in the deep connection present throughout all living beings and the Earth. The knowing that you are perfection.
Carly has taken her life-long passion of helping others and combined it with her passion for eating whole, raw foods, as a means to teach people to become more aware of the foods they eat. Concerned by the high degree of sickness and disease, Carly wanted to combat this by educating the public on how real, whole foods can help heal, and even cure some of the most debilitating diseases. Live Love Fruit was founded and is currently owned by Carly Fraser. It was created as a way to help spread the word about the benefits of fruit and vegetables and to promote a high raw, plant-based lifestyle.
