Dr. Randy Michaux for years suffered from frequent migraines. Like many, he thought his migraines were normal. After a while, Randy’s migraines became so debilitating that he dropped 30 pounds.
With a family past of colon cancer, Dr. Randy became very aware of his own health. After losing his dad to colon cancer Randy knew there were things that he needed to learn. Dr. Randy has gone on to eventually work with Dr. Todd Watts after the treatment of his sister kick-started his research.
Dr. Randy has added the nutritional and health coaching to continue his quest to help his wife, four children, and his clients to realize their best and most powerful selves. This was a major step for Dr. Randy that turned into the beginning of growth and change, both physically and mentally.
Dr. Randy Michaux has become an avid runner. Randy has raced in 27 Spartan races since 2012. Randy has focused mostly on his mindset while running these crazy races. Knowing the power of warm-up, stretching, and controlling your thoughts have helped him the most.
